We are the Pennsylvania Network of Regional Career Education Partnerships (RCEP) for Youth. A key part of Governor Ed Rendell's Strategy for Building a Skilled Workforce, our regional partnerships are bringing together schools, families, businesses, workforce and community organizations, post-secondary institutions, and other key stakeholders to address the needs and issues of Pennsylvania's youth as they prepare for their futures.
Through this site, you can:
- Link to each of the Partnership areas to see what they are currently accomplishing.
- Access the Partnership Social Network to meet other Partnership members from around the State. Through the Network you can find other RCEP colleagues, share your success stories (including photos!), and provide frequent updates on what's happening with your local RCEP.
- Access best practices through our RCEP Resource Site, a compilation of activities and strategies for accomplishing the key goals of the RCEPs--Convene, Connect, Measure, and Sustain. Here you can see what other RCEP areas are doing, as well as add your own best practices and ideas to the site.
